Simon Harrison holds an M.A. in Dance Technique Pedagogy from Middlesex University London and graduated with honors from the University of California, Irvine (UCI) with a B.F.A. in Dance Performance, B.F.A. in Choreography, and B.A. in Education Sciences. A California Arts Scholar, Simon has been recognized with the UCI Chancellor’s Award of Distinction and the Donald McKayle Scholarship for his excellence in community service, leadership, and dance pedagogy.

As a professional dancer, Simon has performed with Tandy Beal & Company, MoveSpeakSpin, and Shakespeare Santa Cruz. His choreography and dance films have been featured at prestigious festivals, including New York City’s Mobile Dance Film Festival at the 92NY, Orlando’s Contemporary Dance Choreography Festival, and internationally throughout Italy with Lisa Naugle’s DTM2 Ensemble. Currently, Mr. Harrison teaches at the California School of the Arts - San Gabriel Valley, and is an Adjunct Professor at Mt. San Antonio College. He is an original member of Re:borN Dance Interactive.
