Simon Harrison is a dancer, choreographer, educator, and arts administrator born in Kawasaki, Japan, and now based in Southern California. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, Irvine (UCI) with a B.F.A. in Dance Performance, B.F.A. in Dance Choreography, and B.A. in Education Science. His commitment to dance research, education, leadership, and performance has earned him numerous awards including the UCI Chancellor’s Award of Distinction, and has sent him to travel throughout Italy, Panama, and the United States. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Professional Practice, Dance Technique Pedagogy from Middlesex University London, and teaches at the California School of the Arts - San Gabriel Valley in the Commercial Dance and Classical & Contemporary Dance Conservatories, as well as the Elective Program. Simon is an original member of Re:borN Dance Interactive, and also serves as Company Manager.
